MDX Query Help - Monthly List with a Rolling 12 Month Metric

Hi,

Very, very new to MDX queries and hopefully this is a simple query that someone can figure out for me.  Using 2008 R2.  Building a query to source data in a SSRS report and I need to have a list by month (for the past 24 months) of a metric, a rolling 12 month value for that same metric, as well as the value of that metric 12 months ago.  So something like this:

Month     Total Premium      Total Premium Past 12 Months      Total Premium 12 Months Ago

The result would have 24 lines in it (e.g. Nov 2010, Dec 2010, Jan 2011, etc ...).   Would appreciate any help on this.
