I am new to Data Mining and DMX and so am using the Art Tenick book - Practical DMX queries which uses the AW2008DW database and 2008 SSAS product samples containing the mining structures which are deployed correctly and without error
However....
most of the examples involve a "subcategory associations" mining structure which does not appear in my downloaded version
this should display the items purchased by each customer as a nested table in the customer mining cases
I have endlessly deleted the entire database, the SSAS database and tried all different versions available on codeplex but it is simply not anywhere

so it must exist somewhere. is this something I am doing or is it the download?
