Best way to deploy the Cubes from dev/QA server to Prod. server with its data

Hi,

What is the best/fast/easy way to deploy cubes from QA server into Prod. server with its all data?

I am thinking either from Project file( it is not fast) or Deployment Wiz.( not sure it deploys all the data too)

or Backup/Restore (Do I need to work on connections?)
