One to Many relationship-- Error required Job cannot be reached based on relationship

I am getting this error on a dimension that has a table and a view involved in it. its a 1 to many relationship.

Errors in the high-level relational engine. The 'TimeZoneConvert' table that is required for a join cannot be reached based on the relationships in the data source view.
