What function is equal to '&' in MDX

Hi everyone

I have a need to do something for (in SQL) Select POWER(2,4-1)& 9   in MDX

I could do (2^3) in MDX and I tried using 'And' but that doesnt look like is equalvent to &.

Please help me with that. Need to know what function I got to use in MDX which can replace &
