Extra Unvalued Row in Dimension

Hi Experts,

Dimensions are showing one extra row called "Unvalued" . When I process the dimension, I copy the SQL and run it in SSMS.

The query returns say 4 rows. But in processing window it is shown "5 rows have been read" . And when I browse that dimension, it shows "Unvalued" as a last row.

Please advice how to get rid of this extra "Unvalued" row?
