MSSQLServerOLAPService can't save configuration-file

Hello everybody,

we have a problem with the MS SQL Server and his MSSQLServerOLAPService. This Service try to save a configuration-file, but it fails. The Alert Description say that "The configuration file could not be saved". We believe that another application has opened the configuration file, but we found no application that block this file.

The Service has the necassary rights to save the file.

Here is the whole Error Description, hope it helps:

Alert Description: The configuration file could not be saved

 Source:  MSSQLSERVER  The description for Event ID ( 3238002710 ) in Source ( MSSQLServerOLAPService ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event:

Path:  -----------\MSSQLSERVER  

Alert Rule:  The configuration file could not be saved  

The description for Event ID 22 from source MSSQLServerOLAPService cannot be found.

Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted.

You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

Internal error: An unexpected exception occurred.

The message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table
