I am currently working on a Ticket Managment System and i am having to gather some thoughts around people calculation resouce Useful time spent .
The idea would be to calulate
Total Working Hours / Weekday * 8 Hours per day * Number of Work employees(Suming up depending on group or indiviual Selected).
This is probably staright forward calculation but i am wondering if their are any challenges that has been addressed in Same space and have anythoughts around it to calculate it correcly
Thoughts ?
