hi ,
I have a cube with 10 normal measure groups and 2 distinct count measure groups and 28 dimensions. All the dimensions got processed in 4 min (full process).
After that I started cube processing without dimensions few measure group processing is completed immediately.
but it is reading the records like 100records/sec. finally it took 14 hours.
3 normal measure groups has 10 Million records and the rest has 3-4 million records. The 2 distinct count measure groups has 10 Million records.
My SSAS and sq l server DB are running on 2 different servers. There are no named queries everything is a view. of course there are outer and inner joins involved in the views.
Please let me know what needs to be checked in this case. I need fix this issue as early as possible.
