How to get the rowcount of processed dimension and measures

Hi,

I want to get the rowcount of processed dimension and measures for the current day from SSAS cube.

Is there any system defined table which will have this information. Please let me know how to get this information? It would be great if you can provide me syntax as well.

I guess we need to use MDX/DMX/XMLA query to get that info but not sure how.
